We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Tele caller Sales Lead

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of telecallers, generating qualified leads, handling customer queries, and converting prospects into sales through outbound calls. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a team of tele callers and oversee daily operations. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential customers. Explain product or service details to clients and answer their queries. Track daily calls, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Train and motivate the telecalling team to achieve their targets. Prepare sales and call reports for management review. Maintain an updated customer database.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
