Join our team at Lauruss Infoways Pvt Ltd as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Specialist dedicated to our flagship product, VirtueLife. VirtueLife offers a comprehensive workout prescription solution with a vast library of exercises. This role requires proactive communication with potential and existing customers to promote and explain the benefits of VirtueLife. We seek a candidate with stellar communication skills and a passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce VirtueLife and its unique features. Clearly articulate the value and benefits of a personalized workout solution provided by VirtueLife. Respond to inbound calls, providing detailed product information and answering queries to aid conversion. Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM with details specific to VirtueLife inquiries. Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets specific to VirtueLife subscriptions. Stay updated with the latest features and updates of VirtueLife to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Proven telemarketing or customer service experience, preferably in health, fitness, or technology sectors. Excellent communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati], with the ability to convey product benefits effectively. Experience with CRM systems and proficient in managing data accurately. Passion for fitness and wellness, with a keen understanding of the industry's trends and customer needs. Educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
