Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our outreach team. You will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, explaining our services, answering their queries, and guiding them toward relevant educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents from the database provided. Explain Collegebol's services and offerings clearly and confidently. Understand student needs and guide them to suitable courses or colleges. Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication. Update CRM records with call logs, feedback, and follow-up details. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with internal teams for lead processing and support. Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Ability to build rapport and engage over phone calls. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
