We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Telecaller (minimum 1 year experience required)

to join our team as a

Study Abroad Consultant

. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them through the initial stages of the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students/parents to promote study abroad programs. Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about courses, universities, and visa procedures. Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Assist the counseling team in converting inquiries into applications. Provide support during student events or seminars, if needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience

(preferably in education or study abroad sector). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a plus. Organized and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
