Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to turn conversations into conversions. This role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with tailored solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing Customers. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic technical issues efficiently. Accurately verify details and confirm the distance between marked and actual locations. Make regular follow-up and cold calls in coordination with field area sales managers and senior team members. Adhere to assigned calling schedules and effectively utilize any gaps for market visits or customer outreach.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads effectively. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Team player with a proactive and flexible approach. Basic technical understanding to assist with simple issue resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support roles. Fluency in Hindi, & Basic English skills etc.]. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
