Roles & Responsibilities

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE

Make calls to students from the institute's database/enquiries. Explain details about Mobile Repairing Courses, Fees, Duration, and Benefits (like Free Hostel, Job Assistance*).
Motivate interested students to visit the center for counselling. Achieve daily call targets and convert enquiries into admissions. Maintain proper follow-up and update records in CRM/Excel. Submit daily reports to the Admission Counsellor/Manager. Handle student queries and convince them to join the training program.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (Fluent Hindi is a must, Basic English preferred). Strong persuasion and convincing skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM/WhatsApp/Email). Experience in Telecalling/Training/Education sector will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary

: ₹12,000 - ?16,000 per month (based on experience).

Performance Incentives

: Unlimited earning potential.

: 80-100 calls/day

Monthly Admission Target

: 15-20 students
Incentive Structure:

1-10 Admissions: ₹300 per admission 11-20 Admissions: ₹500 per admission 21+ Admissions: ₹700 per admission +

Example:

If 20 admissions ? Incentive = (10x300) + (10x500) = ?8,000 If 25 admissions ? Incentive = (10x300) + (10x500) + (5x700) + 2000 bonus = ?13,500 Minimum 3 Years of Experienced candidates can apply.
