Job role:- Telecaller Executive

Location:- Bhat, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or take feedback. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments. Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions. Record call details and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

Any graduate can apply Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujrati Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle rejections.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
