Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads or sell products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM.
Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [mention languages - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
