Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain records of calls and sales and record useful information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, features, pricing, and offers.
Provide feedback to the team and suggest improvements based on customer interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Bachelore's degree in any field.
Must have 1-2 years experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
