Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively. Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers via calls, emails, or messages. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback to the team about customer trends and concerns. Maintain professionalism and product knowledge at all times.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate]. Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages]. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a positive manner. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:



Sales or lead generation experience is a plus. Multilingual skills are an advantage. Confidence and persuasive speaking ability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
