The Immigration Consultant - Sales Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote immigration services, providing them with information regarding visa processes, eligibility, and required documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce immigration services.
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and explain visa process details.
Assess client eligibility for various visa categories and provide appropriate advice.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of visa requirements, immigration processes, and legal documentation.
Schedule consultations or meetings between clients and immigration experts.
Follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in immigration services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex information in a clear, understandable manner.
High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of immigration process and procedures (training can be provided).
