1. Managing incoming calls and revert calls, chats and Patients service inquiries.
2. Generating Marketing leads for calls
3. Build sustainable relationships with Patients
4. Maintain call log and generate appropriate reports
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process Patients accounts and file documents.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Should speak the local language, Tamil and English
