We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and prospects, promoting products or services, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling: Make outbound calls to clients and prospects, promoting products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns.
4. Data Entry: Update CRM software with call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions.
5. Sales Targets: Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Persuasive: Ability to persuade and convince customers.
4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products or services.
5. Software: Proficiency in CRM software and telecalling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as sales, marketing, or customer service.
