Data Entry & Record Keeping

- Maintaining accurate call logs and customer databases.

Time Management

- Making the maximum number of calls daily without compromising quality.

Problem Solving

- Handling objections and providing proper solutions.

Confidence & Patience

- Staying calm and confident during challenging calls.

Team Collaboration

- Working smoothly with the sales or support team.
