The role involves regularly communicating with our valuable customers & make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, Receive inbound calls and assist customers with queries or complaints, Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing clearly, Convince customers to purchase or use the product, service, collect and verify customer details, Maintain accurate data of interested leads, Maintain positive relationships with customers, Follow up regularly for feedback or future sales opportunities, Record call details, outcomes, and remarks in the CRM or Excel sheet, Report daily call performance to the team leader or manager, Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets.
