Manage the overall day-to-day calls of the Admin/Front office in a smooth manner which includes handling admissions, counselling, handling parent queries/concerns, holding presentations.
Should have
excellent verbal communication skills
and convincing power.
Should be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Provide support in the procedure of admission.Clarify the doubts related to admission, quires, Online Classes.
Manage the calls data on daily basis.
Candidate should be pleasant looking and must have good communication skills.
Should be Service oriented attitude, flexible with school timings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.
Flexible, patient, creative.
Should have excellent Problem solving skills, Tele-calling skills, soft skills & parent interaction.
