: We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services. You will also handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products or services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings with interested customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to address customer questions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar telecaller or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills to record and maintain customer information.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliability.
