Responsibilities
Explain Abroad Education Loan services to students and parents
Make proactive calls and follow-ups
Provide professional customer support and resolve queries
Convince clients and convert leads into successful applications
Maintain daily reports and update CRM
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi)
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
Good convincing and sales skills
Basic computer knowledge
Telecalling/Sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
