About the Role

We are hiring

Female Telecallers

who can confidently communicate with customers, explain company services, and support the sales process. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in customer communication and inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers to explain products or services Handle basic customer queries about offerings and pricing Identify customer needs and assist in closing sales Transfer qualified leads to the field sales team when required Enter, update, and maintain customer data in the system Process orders accurately and follow up when needed Address customer complaints politely to maintain service quality Maintain logs of calls, leads, sales, and customer interactions

Key Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills in English Basic knowledge of email drafting and

MS Excel

Ability to learn quickly and handle customer interactions smoothly Strong interpersonal and listening skills Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven role
