Salary:
?15,000 - ?30,000 + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for product introductions.
Set appointments for the marketing executive's demo visits.
Handle inbound queries and maintain call logs.
Maintain database of leads, update follow-up details, and coordinate with the field sales team.
Provide basic product information and customer support over the phone.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in tele calling or customer service.
Clear and confident communication in Hindi, English, and local language.
Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
Polite, professional, and goal-oriented.
