Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to customers for sales, lead generation or follow-ups Answer incoming calls from customers and handle queries professionally Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients Maintain a

daily record of calls

, leads and customer interactions Follow up on prospects and convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions Maintain customer data and update CRM or lead management software Coordinate with the sales or field team for follow-up and closures Ensure

Key Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication in

Hindi and English

(or regional language, if applicable) Persuasive and confident with a

positive attitude

Good listening skills and

problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools) Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream

0-1 years

of experience in telecalling, customer care or sales preferred Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Experience in FMCG Industry, Food Industry or similar industries is a plus. Strong command over English and Hindi (must be fluent in both) Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate (preferred)
