Client Communication
: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing them with accurate information about migration services and requirements.
Connecting to Manager
: Transfer clients to the appropriate manager for consultation and detailed discussions after initial screening and walk-in arrangement.
Database Management
: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, walk-ins, and appointments. Update the database regularly to ensure that no leads are missed.
Follow-ups
: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to confirm appointments and answer any remaining questions they may have.
Documentation
: Assist in gathering the required documentation and details from clients before connecting them with the manager.
Target Achievement
: A minimum target will be provided, and you will be expected to meet or exceed it in terms of walk-in arrangements, client conversions, or any other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
