Female Telecallers

to join our team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for pitching loans to potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products. Explain the features and benefits of the loans offered by SBI Bank through Madura Associates. Assess the financial needs of customers and suggest appropriate loan options. Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Keep accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of deals. Stay updated on SBI Bank's loan products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively. Basic knowledge of banking and loan products preferred. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills. Target-driven and self-motivated individual.

Any Degree
