Requirements
Minimum
1 year of telecalling or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
