Telecaller (Female)

to join our growing team in Kochi.

As part of our dynamic sales division, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers--introducing them to our prestigious villa projects, nurturing relationships, and helping them take the first step toward their dream home.

Experience:

2 to 5 Years

Salary

: 20 K to 35 K +Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and share project details effectively.
Maintain positive relationships with prospects and follow up regularly.
Record and update customer data, inquiries, and feedback accurately.
Prepare and maintain daily reports and performance summaries.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive communication.

Candidate Profile

:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Pleasant personality and confident over the phone.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Salary Includes Attractive Incentives
