Job Summary
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? SB Aesthetics is looking for a
female Telecaller
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls
to address various queries about our services.
Conduct follow-up calls
with clients regarding their appointments and service inquiries.
Schedule and manage patient appointments
efficiently.
Maintain and update the patient database
with accuracy.
Provide basic counselling and information
about our services when required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English
(both verbal and written).
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus
, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong data entry skills
and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction.
