We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to assist in tele calling and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Explain products or services and generate interest.
Follow up on previous conversations and maintain a call log.
Collect and update customer information in the database.
Office Operations:
Perform general administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
Assist in managing office schedules, appointments, and coordination.
Support internal teams with documentation and task follow-ups.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
