Job Summary:

Female Telecaller Executive

to join our growing team in patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide information regarding products, pricing, and offers. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred.

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).

Language:

Fluency in Hindi is a must; knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Data Entry). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday: Weekly off

Salary:

? 8,000 - ?12,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
