Job Role

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and building strong relationships. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the services offered. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed service information.

Lead Generation

: Identify potential clients and generate leads for elder care services. Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.

Client Relationship Management

: Build rapport with clients and ensure follow-up calls are made. Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Sales Support

: Assist in achieving sales targets through lead conversion. Inform customers about ongoing offers or new services.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions. Provide daily updates on call performance to the supervisor.
