. The candidate will be responsible for patient interaction, lead conversion, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
from potential and existing patients
Explain clinic services including
skin treatments, hair treatments, and hair transplant procedures
Convert inquiries into
consultation appointments
Maintain regular
follow-ups
with leads and existing patients
Answer patient queries politely and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM or register
Coordinate with doctors and front-desk staff for scheduling
Achieve daily and monthly call & conversion targets
