Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and share information about upcoming events.
Generate and qualify leads for the event sales team.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Handle inbound inquiries related to events and provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth event execution.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image during all interactions.
Requirements & Skills:
Female candidate with
2-3 years of telecalling or event-related experience
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence in follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
