to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of
Canva
, and
Social Media Handling
. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound customer inquiries.
Explain company products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
Assist the marketing team with basic Canva designs and social media posts.
Support digital marketing initiatives such as sharing posts, handling comments, and coordinating campaigns.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support (preferred, not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of
Canva
and
social media platforms
.
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and effective manner.
Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
