Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients and explain our engineering products/services
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Maintain call records and follow-up data
Coordinate with the sales and service team
Support in lead generation and appointment scheduling
Provide basic technical explanation to customers (training will be provided)
Requirements:
Female candidates only
B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical (freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of technical terms
Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
