to join our hospital team in Dombivli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to patients for follow-ups or appointment confirmations, and providing accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, and OPD timings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments and follow-ups.
Provide information on doctors' availability, services offered, and hospital timings.
Maintain records of calls and update patient databases as per protocols.
Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and missed appointments.
Coordinate with reception and OPD staff to ensure smooth communication.
Escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant department.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital's communication protocols.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Good listening skills with a polite and patient attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or hospital management systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/clinic front desk preferred.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday off / rotational if required.
Salary:
?12,000 - ?16,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
