Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services and generate interest. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain customer database and update call records regularly. Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
