Job Description

We are looking for a Female Telecaller Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-up with students/parents, provide admission guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students & parents for MBBS/NEET admission enquiries Handle inbound calls and explain course/country information (India & Abroad) Counsel students about eligibility, process, fees, scholarships, & documentation Maintain CRM data, track call status, and follow up regularly Schedule counselling sessions & appointments with senior counsellors Coordinate with admission & documentation team for processing Achieve monthly lead conversion/admission targets Maintain professionalism and company reputation
Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory) Confident voice tone & polite behaviour Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, CRM usage) Ability to handle pressure & meet targets Time management and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass / Graduation (Any Stream) Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply) Gender: Female Only Age: 18-32 years
