Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken female Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the provided database Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns efficiently Generate and follow up on leads to achieve targets Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with the sales and support team when needed

Requirements

:

Female candidates preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.) Fluency in Hindi and English both Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Good listening and convincing skills
