Job Summary



A Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential property buyers, explaining project details, generating qualified leads, and arranging site visits. The role also includes following up with prospects, maintaining client records, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to promote real estate projects. Handle

inbound calls

from customers seeking property information. Provide accurate details about property features, pricing, floor plans, and location. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable property options. Generate and nurture

sales leads

through regular follow-ups. Schedule and coordinate

site visits

with clients and the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and status. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support closures. Meet weekly and monthly

lead generation and conversion targets

. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Address basic customer queries and escalate complex ones when required.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication skills (English / Hindi / regional languages). Persuasive selling ability and strong negotiation skills. Good understanding of customer needs and buying behavior. Basic computer knowledge: CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, email. Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional tone. Patience, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset. Prior real estate telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Qualifications



Minimum: 12th pass (HSC). Preferred: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0-3 years (Real estate calling experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Work Environment



Office-based with comfortable calling infrastructure. Fixed or rotational shifts (depending on company). Attractive
