Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tele-caller with a proven track record in converting website design leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of website design services. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Convert website design leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.

- Client Interaction: Understand client needs and present tailored website design solutions.

- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Record Keeping: Accurately document all interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience in website design or related fields.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
