Siyaram Developers is seeking a dedicated and confident
Telecaller
to join our team in Durg, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience in the sales field
, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project/property details
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits
Maintain customer database, call logs, and follow-up records
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in sales (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and convincing abilities
Professional, confident, and target-oriented
Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.)
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
