Job Summary

We are hiring

experienced Telecallers

strictly for

outbound calling

to handle education leads. The role involves cold calling & calling enquiries, explaining basic course details, and generating

walk-ins for counsellors

.

No parent counselling and no admission closing

is required.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to enquiry and cold leads
Handle inbound enquiry calls professionally
Explain basic course information and eligibility
Generate walk-ins and book counselling appointments
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
Meet daily calling and walk-in targets

Skills Required

Clear and confident calling skills
Good spoken Hindi and English (Marathi preferred)
Ability to handle objections on calls
Target-oriented and disciplined
Basic WhatsApp and calling app knowledge

Experience

Minimum

1 year experience as a telecaller

(education or service sector preferred)

Working Hours

Full time, 6 days a week

Salary

Fixed salary +

walk-in based incentives

This is a calling role only. No counselling or admission closing.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
