Job Description

1.

Inside Sales & Lead Handling

o

Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

o

Make outbound follow-up calls on leads generated from marketing, website, and field team.

o

Qualify leads and understand technical requirements of customers.

2.

Technical Product Consultation

o

Explain technical features, specifications, compatibility, and use-cases of products.

o

Suggest suitable products based on application, budget, and customer needs.

o

Provide product comparisons and technical clarifications.

3.

Quotation & Order Processing

o

Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and product details.

o

Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse for order processing & dispatch.

o

Track orders, delivery status, and payment follow-ups.

4.

Customer Coordination & Support

o

Maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, and end customers.

o

Handle pre-sales queries and basic post-sales coordination.

o

Coordinate with the technical/service team for complex queries. Inside Sales specialist

5.

Customer Relationship Management

o

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, channel partners, and end customers.

o

Address pre-sales queries and coordinate post-sales support with the service team as required.

o

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

6.

Reporting & Compliance

o

Update and manage lead and sales data in CRM systems or internal trackers.

o

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

o

Adhere to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

o

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or Business administration

o

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a technical or electronics-focused organization.

o

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
