Key Responsibilities- Outbound calls daily
Introduce company services, answer FAQs, and convert interest into appointments for sales team
Follow up on missed calls, (basic Excel/CRM entry required)
Update call logs, customer details, and status in real-time
Handle objections politely, use scripts as guide, and adapt pitch based on customer vibe
Qualifications & Skills- Education: 10+2 / Graduation (any stream) - freshers welcome!
Language: Fluent Hindi + English (local language a plus for specific roles)
Tech: Basic computer (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) - training provided
Attitude: Confident, resilient, loves talking, can handle rejection with a smile
