Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller for payment follow-up calls. The role mainly involves calling customers, pharmacies, distributors, and suppliers to track outstanding payments and resolve payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups. Track outstanding accounts and pending payments. Follow up regularly on overdue invoices. Inform customers about pending dues and expected payment timelines. Update payment status and call remarks in records. Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to the senior team. Handle basic billing queries or payment-related concerns professionally.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
