Job description:
BillCut is looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller - Sales professional to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain BillCut's products/services clearly and effectively.
Convince customers to sign up or make a purchase.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide feedback to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
