We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and generating sales leads while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Generate and follow up on sales leads to close deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Address customer concerns and objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales and support teams as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: [12th / Graduate - specify as required]
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer support preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
