Job Title: Tele-Caller

Scope of Work:
Vendor Communication: Contact vendors via phone calls to inquire about the status of recovery amounts.
Data Entry: Record the status of recovery amounts in Excel sheets with accuracy.
WhatsApp Communication: Assist with vendor communications through WhatsApp for follow-up or clarifications.
Reporting: Regularly update supervisors or management on the status of recoveries.
Key Requirements:
Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Basic Computer Skills: Should have knowledge of Excel for data entry, reporting, and communication.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle vendor interactions effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately enter and track recovery amounts and other vendor-related data.
Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, data entry, or customer service is a plus.

Monday to Friday
Full-time, 10.00 AM to 6 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
