Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Follow up with customers for closures and confirmations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Work closely with the sales/support team for smooth coordination.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls.
Requirements:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in
Hindi & English
.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, typing, CRM usage preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
