What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our financial services
Convert leads and schedule follow-ups
Maintain updated customer data in CRM/Excel
Verify information and correct data where needed
Organize digital and physical records
Coordinate with internal departments for lead management
Assist in preparing simple reports
Maintain complete confidentiality of client data
Who Can Apply (Candidate Requirements)
Minimum 12th pass
Freshers and experienced telecallers (0-2 years) both welcome
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM preferred
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow processes
