, and comfortable handling outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and client coordination.

Telugu

This is a

work-from-office

position based in

Delhi

.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads. Explain project details clearly and professionally. Follow up with clients and schedule site visits. Maintain call records and update lead status. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads. Handle client questions and provide accurate information. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience in real estate (mandatory).

Fluency in English is required for both candidates.

At least 1 candidate must be fluent in Telugu.

Strong communication and convincing abilities. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Must be

based in Delhi

(office-based role).

Salary & Incentives:
